Web Filing Agreement
The Central Collection Agency (hereinafter referred to as CCA) is providing this eFile system as a convenience to taxpayers served by CCA. Before proceeding, read and accept the terms of this Agreement. Do not click Accept until you have read this Agreement in its entirety.
Once you click Accept, you are indicating that you agree with the following terms:
- You are authorized to use this eFile system as the taxpayer or an authorized agent of the taxpayer.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and veracity of any data submitted through this system to CCA. All data is subject to evaluation by taxing authorities. You may be requested to produce documents, records, or other evidence to substantiate the data submitted through the eFile system.
- By using the eFile system, you agree to hold CCA and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, obligations, or liabilities, directly or indirectly related to the use of this system, and/or through the use of other data available through the eFile system.
- By using CCA's eFile system, you agree to hold CCA harmless for lost profits, or for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages or any liability to any third party, even if CCA is advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Use of this system to engage in any activity which constitutes violation of local, state, and/or federal laws is strictly prohibited.
- CCA is not responsible for any computer, any appurtenant devices and/or software, and the Internet service provider that you may use to access the eFile system. You agree to hold CCA harmless for any failure in data transmission due to any hardware and/or software failures.
CCA reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the eFile system. This includes, but is not limited to, hours of operation, content, and functionality. In addition, CCA may modify the terms of this Agreement as necessary.
